The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 chicken thighs ((boneless, skinless))
- ¼ cup cassava flour
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 6 cloves garlic ((finely minced))
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees°F.
- Place the chicken in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cassava flour over it to coat evenly.
- Shake off the excess flour and place in an 8x8 glass baking dish or other oven-proof pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, coconut aminos, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cover lightly and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Remove the cover, spoon the sauce over the chicken, and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.
