Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger (ground or fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the honey, coconut aminos, garlic cloves, ginger, and pepper in a blender and blend until garlic is finely chopped.
- Alternatively, you can mix the ingredients together and mince the garlic.
- Once the sauce is ready pour it onto the chicken.
- Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes basting in between with the sauce
- Always cook your chicken until the internal temperature (thickest part) reaches 165 degrees F.
