Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger (ground or fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place the honey, coconut aminos, garlic cloves, ginger, and pepper in a blender and blend until garlic is finely chopped.
  • Alternatively, you can mix the ingredients together and mince the garlic.
  • Once the sauce is ready pour it onto the chicken.
  • Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes basting in between with the sauce
  • Always cook your chicken until the internal temperature (thickest part) reaches 165 degrees F.
