Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 3 lbs boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375F.  
  • Mix avocado oil, honey, coconut aminos, and minced garlic.  Pour half of the mixture into the bottom of a large 9 x 13 casserole dish.  Add the chicken thighs to the dish and pour the rest of the mixture over the chicken thighs.
  • Bake chicken thighs for 30-45 minutes until the center of each thigh reaches 165F and they are cooked all the way through.  
  • Optional - broil for 3-5 minutes to brown the top of the chicken thighs.
