Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. boneless (skinless chicken thighs/breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Sauce:
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt

Instruction

  • In a medium sized skillet add the in some oil and allow to melt over medium high heat. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet . Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and 165 degrees.
  • In a small bowl whisk minced garlic, honey, salt,soy sauce. Pour it on top of the chicken and cook for a few minutes to allow the garlic to cook and for the sauce to reduce and thicken.
