Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp chipotle chili powder (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each)
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil (only needed if cooking in skillet/ griddle)

Instruction

  • Put the honey, soy sauce, chipotle chili powder, and garlic in a bowl and whisk until combined. Put half of this mixture in another bowl and save as a dipping sauce. Brush the other half over the salmon fillets.
  • Cook according to one of these methods:Oven- Place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.Air Fryer- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and set it to 400 degrees for 12 minutes.Skillet/Griddle: Preheat over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and cook the salmon 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  • Serve the salmon with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
