Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz frozen corn
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter (softened and sliced)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened and cubed)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Pour frozen corn in a 2.5 quart slow cooker
- In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients with a mixer until well combined
- Spoon honey mixture over corn evenly
- Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring as needed to combine completely and prevent burning
- Serve with a slotted spoon
