The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Nektar Honey Crystals
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup shelled pistachios
Instruction
- In a food processor pulse pistachios until broken down into fine pieces - not completely crumbs though. Remove and set aside.
- In food processor process tahini, cocoa powder, Nektar honey crystals and avocado. Process until smooth.
- Freeze chocolate mixture for 15-20 minutes, just until easier to form into truffles.
- Form into six round truffles with your hands. Roll in the pistachio crumbs. Eat as is or refrigerate/freeze for firmer consistency.
