Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Nektar Honey Crystals
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup shelled pistachios

Instruction

  • In a food processor pulse pistachios until broken down into fine pieces - not completely crumbs though. Remove and set aside.
  • In food processor process tahini, cocoa powder, Nektar honey crystals and avocado. Process until smooth.
  • Freeze chocolate mixture for 15-20 minutes, just until easier to form into truffles.
  • Form into six round truffles with your hands. Roll in the pistachio crumbs. Eat as is or refrigerate/freeze for firmer consistency.
