Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 c. hazelnuts
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. coconut butter (not oil, it uses the full coconut)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Instruction
- Puree hazelnuts until super fine in a food processor.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and coconut butter; add coconut oil, vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup and heat until melted, gently stirring.
- After stirring, when smooth remove from heat and add to blended hazelnuts. Blend until fully combined.
- Final product will be grainy and rich (not super smooth), but homemade and natural!
