Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 c. hazelnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. coconut butter (not oil, it uses the full coconut)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Puree hazelnuts until super fine in a food processor.
  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and coconut butter; add coconut oil, vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup and heat until melted, gently stirring.
  • After stirring, when smooth remove from heat and add to blended hazelnuts. Blend until fully combined.
  • Final product will be grainy and rich (not super smooth), but homemade and natural!
