Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in flour and whisk for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in milk until there are no lumps remaining.
  • Bring to a boil and cook until thick, whisking continually for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste
