Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 tomatoes (750 g)
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup water (65 ml)

Instruction

  • Chop the veggies.
  • Heat some oil to taste in a frying pan and sauté the veggies (except the tomatoes) for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes, sea salt and black pepper. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  • Blend the sauce with 1/4 of water until smooth. Add more water if the sauce is too thick for you.
