Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 carrot
- 6 tomatoes (750 g)
- 2 tsp sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup water (65 ml)
Instruction
- Chop the veggies.
- Heat some oil to taste in a frying pan and sauté the veggies (except the tomatoes) for about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, sea salt and black pepper. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Blend the sauce with 1/4 of water until smooth. Add more water if the sauce is too thick for you.
