Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4-1/3 cup water
Instruction
- Place all ingredients except water and salt in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Gradually add water until sauce reaches desired consistency. Season with salt, to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
