Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- ¼ to ½ ounce red chilies (fresh or dried)
- ½ stalk lemongrass (minced OR 2 tbsp bottled lemongrass (I used Gourmet Garden))
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 shallot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp cilantro leaves (I used frozen cubes)
- 1 tbsp grated ginger OR galangal root (I have no idea where to get galangal so I used ginger)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¾ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in bowl/container of a food processor, blender or chopper attachment. Blend until it forms a thick paste.
- Use as a marinade for chicken, meat or seafood or as a seasoning in curries, soups and stews.
