Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 10 oz package frozen spinach (thawed, chopped)
  • 2 8 oz packages frozen artichoke hearts thawed (chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instruction

  • Boil the artichokes and spinach in one cup of water until softened and drain. The water can be discarded.
  • Place the cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until soft.
  • Stir in with the rest of ingredients.
  • Place in 375 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until hot.
