Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 10 oz package frozen spinach (thawed, chopped)
- 2 8 oz packages frozen artichoke hearts thawed (chopped)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instruction
- Boil the artichokes and spinach in one cup of water until softened and drain. The water can be discarded.
- Place the cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until soft.
- Stir in with the rest of ingredients.
- Place in 375 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until hot.
