Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 4 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup jalapeno pepper brine ((from jar))
- 1 cup water
- 5 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instruction
- Place dried minced onion in boiling water and allow to cool.
- Place softened onions in blender or food processor with all remaining ingredients and puree.
- Refrigerate until needed.
