Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 8 cups apples (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instruction

  • Place apples and lemon juice in slow cooker.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 
  • If you don't want the peel, process the apples through a food meal, otherwise mash with a potato masher or use an immersion blender if you want it smoother. 
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or it also freezes well.
