Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 pitas rounds (cut into triangles)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika powder

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • Arrange pita triangles on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients.
  • Using a pastry brush, generously brush the tops of the pitas with the oil mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pita chips are golden brown.
  • Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Store remaining pita chips in an airtight container.
