Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup (4 fl oz/120 ml) whole milk
- 2 tablespoons malt powder
- 6 scoops ((15 oz/425 g) raspberry ice cream)
- ½ cup (2½ oz/71 g) raspberries
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Instruction
- In a blender, first add the milk, then the malt powder, followed by the ice cream and raspberries.
- Blend on high speed until fully combined.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately with a straw.
