  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • For the sponge:

  • 1 ½ cups tepid water (about 80 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
