Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbsp quick rise dry yeast (or 1 packet)
- 1 cup water (lukewarm)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey (you can substitute sugar)
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- veggies
- sliced meats
Instruction
- Mix yeast in warm water, and let sit for a couple minutes.
- In large bowl mix the flour, seasonings, honey, and olive oil. Stir in yeast mixture. Mix for about 2 minutes with stand mixer or knead by hand until smooth.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes covered by a towel. Flatten on greased pan, or parchment covered pan.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Allow pizza crust to rise for about 15 - 20 minutes or while pizza preheats.
- Bake at 450 for about 7-10 minutes.
