Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup alcohol (I used Everclear)
- 2 large peaches (washed, pitted and sliced)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup suga
Instruction
- Place sliced peaches in a tall glass container. Add alcohol and lemon juice. Let sit one day.
- In a medium saucepan, mix together water and sugar and cook on medium heat until it boils. Boil for 30 seconds and remove from the heat. That's the simple syrup. Cool completely.
- Add the simple syrup to the peaches and alcohol. Let sit one day.
- Use in your favorite cocktails!
