Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Instruction

  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Whisk together milk, eggs, and oil.
  • Slowly whisk in flour mixture, do not overmix.
  • Heat griddle on medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Pour 1/4-1/3 cup batter for each pancake.
  • Flip when you see small bubbles form.
  • Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Serve hot with syrup.
