Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
Instruction
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Whisk together milk, eggs, and oil.
- Slowly whisk in flour mixture, do not overmix.
- Heat griddle on medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
- Pour 1/4-1/3 cup batter for each pancake.
- Flip when you see small bubbles form.
- Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Serve hot with syrup.
