Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 medium onion (diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 (32-ounce can) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instruction

  • Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Simmer until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep for about 1 week.
