Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 medium onion (diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (32-ounce can) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Instruction
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Simmer until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep for about 1 week.
