Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pound beef (pork, or a mixture (mixture is my favorite!))
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ½ Tablespoon fine salt (Himalayan or sea salt)
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¾ teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon chili powder or red pepper flakes
Instruction
- Option A: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form 14-20 patties. Fry, flipping once, for about 6 minutes.
- Option B: Toss meat into a warm skillet. Add remaining ingredients and mix well as the meat browns. Let it get slightly crispy before removing to drain. Serve and enjoy!
