- 1/4 cup water (+ 1 tablespoon extra)
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
