  • 1/4 cup water (+ 1 tablespoon extra)
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
