Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup avocado mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan
  • cheese crisps (optional)

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
