Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup avocado mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 large head romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan
- cheese crisps (optional)
Instruction
- In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
