Homemade Kahlua

The following ingredients have 4 Servings

• 1 1/3 cups strong brewed coffee
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla Extract
• 1 cup good quality vodka (Grey Goose, Bellevedere, etc) ((Grey Goose, Bellevedere, etc))

Instruction

• Add the sugar and coffee to a medium saucepan. Whisk all ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved and let simmer for 30 minutes. 
• Allow mixture to cool; then add the vanilla and the vodka. Mix well. Pour into a corked bottle. It will last 2-3 months in or out of the refrigerator.
