The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 12 oz. chocolate chips, melted
Instruction
- In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat softened butter with cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in powdered sugar and peppermint extract until a thick dough forms.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls. Set onto plates and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each mint into the chocolate, coating it fully. Set back onto plates. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
