The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 slices white Italian bread (torn into large pieces)
- ¼ cup freshly grated Romano cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 lb ground sirloin
- ½ lb ground veal
- ½ lb ground pork
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup fresh Italian bread crumbs (recipe below)
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices firm Italian bread (crusts removed (let them sit out for about an hour to firm up))
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 10 cups fresh marinara sauce
