Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can no-salt or low-sodium garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cups EVOO or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until nice and smooth. I usually do half the lemon first, taste test, then decide if I'll add the juice of the second half. My son likes it pretty lemony though, so I usually end up adding the whole thing!
