Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can no-salt or low-sodium garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cups EVOO or avocado oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until nice and smooth. I usually do half the lemon first, taste test, then decide if I'll add the juice of the second half. My son likes it pretty lemony though, so I usually end up adding the whole thing!
