Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (, sifted)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (, sifted)
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 12 cups milk or water (, hot )

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, sift together dry milk, powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa.
  • Mix in regular sugar by hand.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place to up to 3 months.
  • To make hot chocolate, combine 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 cup hot milk or water, stir well until dissolved. Add desired toppings and add-ins.
