The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
  • 1 TBSP dijon mustard
  • 1 TBSP minced vidalia onion
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instruction

  • Whisk all of the above ingredients together until well combined.
  • Dip a spinach leaf to taste, then adjust the vinegar-to-honey ratio to suit your palette. You can up the tartness or the sweetness! Simply listen to your taste buds; they're brilliant.
