Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 4 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- coconut flakes (optional)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray.
- In a saucepan combine the sugar, honey, and oil. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved.
- Add oats to a mixing bowl. Pour honey mixture over the oats. Add cinnamon and salt. Stir everything together until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the baking sheet and gently press down.
- Bake for 1 hour. Stir the mixture every 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and allow the mixture to cool completely in the pan.
- Break apart and Enjoy.
