Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese ((shredded))
- 5 Flour tortillas
Instruction
- Cook and crumble breakfast sausage. Drain fat and set aside. Scrambled eggs until full cooked. Add sausage back to the skillet with cheese. Cook together on low until cheese melted.
- Fill your tortillas with your egg mixture in a line down the center. Roll tortillas. to seal.
- Place your breakfast burrito back onto a warmed skillet on low heat and cook on each side until crispy. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Once cooled wrap in foil and place in the freezer. Burritos can stay in the freezer for up to 3 months. To reheat remove foil and wrap your burrito in a paper towel. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until warm though out.
