Ingredients
The following ingredients have 17 Servings
- 2/3 cup (100g) semi sweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon (100g) hazelnut butter
- 16-18 hazelnuts
- 2/3 cup (100g) milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) whipped cream
- Crushed hazelnuts
Instruction
- Melt the semi sweet chocolate using the water bath method. Pour over the hazelnut butter and mix well. Cool this chocolate-hazelnut paste in the refrigerator for 3 hours minimum.
- Toast the hazelnut on a small pan on high heat for 5 minutes so that you can peel the skin and keep only the white and slightly toasted hazelnut.
- After 3 hours, remove the chocolate-hazelnut paste from the refrigerator. Extract some paste of the size of a teaspoon, place a hazelnut in the middle and shape in a lovely ball. Repeat the same process for all the balls.
- Melt the milk chocolate with the whipped cream in a saucepan in a water bath and cool for 5 minutes. Dip the chocolate hazelnut balls in this melted chocolate with the help of a toothpick and place on flat dish cover with parchment paper. Sprinkle some crushed hazelnuts around them and cool in the refrigerator 2 more hours before serving.
