Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes or no salt added tomato sauce (I use Pomi tomato sauce)
- 1 cup broth (vegetable or chicken)
- 3-4 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 – 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- Stir in flour and mix until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 min.
- Taste and adjust spices as needed!
