Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup lightly crushed mini Cadbury eggs (plus more for topping)

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350F degrees and prepare a 9x9 baking dish by lightly spraying with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add in eggs and vanilla and stir again.
  • Gently stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Lastly, gently stir in the lightly crushed mini Cadbury eggs.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread out evenly. Top with lightly crushed mini Cadbury eggs, if desired.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the outsides of the brownies look set.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting.
