Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup lightly crushed mini Cadbury eggs (plus more for topping)
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350F degrees and prepare a 9x9 baking dish by lightly spraying with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add in eggs and vanilla and stir again.
- Gently stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Lastly, gently stir in the lightly crushed mini Cadbury eggs.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread out evenly. Top with lightly crushed mini Cadbury eggs, if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the outsides of the brownies look set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting.
