Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2-4 cups frozen pineapple chunks, or as needed
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or cream, or as needed
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • frozen whipped topping, optional

Instruction

  • Place frozen pineapple and coconut milk in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined, scraping down as needed.
  • Pour in pineapple and lime juices and blend to combine.
  • If mixture is too creamy, add more frozen pineapple; if too thick, add more coconut milk.
  • Optional: place mixture in piping bag and pipe into serving container.
  • Top with fresh pineapple and enjoy!
