Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 20 ounce packages frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 - 3 jalapenos (seeded and diced)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)

Instruction

  • In a medium pot over high head, add the first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir melted butter and flour together and add to the corn. Stir until combined. Remove from heat. Add chopped bacon and diced jalapenos.
