Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 20 ounce packages frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 - 3 jalapenos (seeded and diced)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
Instruction
- In a medium pot over high head, add the first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir melted butter and flour together and add to the corn. Stir until combined. Remove from heat. Add chopped bacon and diced jalapenos.
