Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup whole-wheat pastry flour ((for best results, but use regular whole-wheat flour if that's all you've got))
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 5 tablespoons milk ((can sub water))
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a microwave-safe coffee cup. Stir in the melted butter, milk (or water), and chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Microwave on high for about 90 seconds, until firm. Garnish with fresh berries and/or whipped cream.
