The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 100 g (3½ oz) dried red chillies, non smoky OR (450g (1 lb) fresh red chillies)
- 1 large onion
- 10 cloves garlic
- 5 candlenuts ((or 5 macadamia nuts or 3 cashew nuts))
- water (as needed)
- 1 tsp palm or white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 125 ml (½ cup) vegetable oil for frying (¼ cup for the quick chilli paste)
