Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 whole chicken, (meat mostly removed)
- 1 large red onion, (quartered)
- 2 ribs celery (cut into large pieces)
- 3 medium carrots, (cut into large pieces)
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon peppercorn, (can use ground pepper instead)
- 12 cups water, ((you may need less depending on the size of your chicken, start with 4 cups and add as needed))
- 2 cloves garlic, (peeled (optional))
