Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 6 ounces dried medium egg noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, picked and meat chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instruction

  • In a 3-quart saucepan, saute the onion and carrot in the olive oil until soft and translucent.
  • Next add the bone broth, cooked noodles and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
