Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons granulated white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste, (about ¼ to ½ teaspoon each)

Instruction

  • In a food processor, finely process the garlic until minced.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Put dressing into a lidded container and pop it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to give the flavors time to blend together (trust me–this makes a big difference in taste).
