Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flake (optional)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.
  • Pulse the ingredients until blended smooth.
  • Serve on salad, and top with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate up to a week. Stir before serving.
