Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 13.6 oz cans coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1 cup canned coconut cream (or use the thick part of canned full fat coconut milk**, whisked well prior to adding)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract OR seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/4 cups raw pecans (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (refined, butter flavor if desired)
