The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound chicken tenders (cut into small pieces)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups Buffalo sauce or hot chili sauce
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper mixture
- Dip the pieces into the buttermilk
- Then, dip the pieces into the Buffalo sauce
- Finally, roll the pieces into the breadcrumbs until well coated
- Arrange in rows on a greased baking sheet
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees and chicken is slightly brown
- Serve immediately
