Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 Tablespoon Sage
  • 1/2 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • In a medium sized bowl combine the ground pork, sage, thyme, rosemary, garlic, parsley, brown sugar and salt.
  • Shape into 2 inch balls and flatten.
  • Preheat a medium sized skillet over medium high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
