Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 8 large all purpose apples (peeled, cored and sliced thin)
- 1 Tablespoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons pie spice or apple pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons butter (sliced thin)
Instruction
- Place apples in a 6 quart slow cooker.
- Drizzle extract over apples.
- In a bowl combine all dry ingredients and then pour over apples and toss to coat.
- Top with butter.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until apples reduce by half-- stirring occassionally
