Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Gala Apples
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 2 Red Delicious Apples
  • 2 Navel Oranges
  • 1 Lime
  • 4 litres Water
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Clove
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Wash the apples and cut them into big chunks.
  • Remove the seeds.
  • Put the apples in the bowl of the slow cooker.
  • Peel the oranges and lemon and cut then into slices.
  • Add them in the slow cooker.
  • Add water, cinnamon and cloves in the slow cooker.
  • Slow cook for 8-10 hours.
  • Mash the fruits using a potato masher.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard the pulp.
  • Add sugar and vanilla extract and mix until sugar mix well.
  • Serve warm.
