Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Gala Apples
- 2 Granny Smith Apples
- 2 Red Delicious Apples
- 2 Navel Oranges
- 1 Lime
- 4 litres Water
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Clove
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instruction
- Wash the apples and cut them into big chunks.
- Remove the seeds.
- Put the apples in the bowl of the slow cooker.
- Peel the oranges and lemon and cut then into slices.
- Add them in the slow cooker.
- Add water, cinnamon and cloves in the slow cooker.
- Slow cook for 8-10 hours.
- Mash the fruits using a potato masher.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard the pulp.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract and mix until sugar mix well.
- Serve warm.
