Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 russet potato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instruction

  • Peel and dice potato into 1/2 inch pieces. Soak the potato in cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain.
  • Toss the potato in olive oil. Then, add the remaining ingredients and toss.
  • Line the fryer basket with grill mat or a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Spread the diced potato inside the fryer basket. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 10-12 minutes, stir twice in the middle, until surface is crispy and golden brown.
